Havatons

Our Havatons:

Meet our Havanese/Coton de Tulear cross puppies! On occasion, we have a specially bred litter of Havanese /Coton de Tulear puppies, coined as Havatons.

One parents is a beautiful non shedding white as snow Coton de Tulear, while the other is a colorful Havanese. Given their parents’ purebred registered status, these puppies are eligible for registration with the ACHC. The Havanese stem from the same roots as the Coton de Tulear and mimic their size, stature, personality, etc.

Our Havatons are popular for their size, personality and demeanor. We are fond of their intelligence, playful personality and quick learning skills. The Havanese are much like the Cotons, with the exception of the lighter weight haircoat and the vast colors. If you view the photo below, you can witness the round face that the Coton brings to the mix.

Our parents are well within the breed standards for weight and height. Our Havanese stand 8-12 inches at the shoulder and weigh no more than 13#, although many of ours are much smaller and in the 10-12 pound range. They have a lifespan of 13-15 years. Coton de Tulears are 9.5 to 13 inches at the withers and have a weight of less than 18 pounds. Many of ours are in the 13-14 pound range. Cotons have a lifespan of 12-16 years.

Havanese/Coton de Tulear puppies do not shed and have low dander, therefore are great for people with allergies. They average 13-14 pounds as adults.

Mom and Dad are pictures of health, always doing well on their yearly health exams – never needing anything other than routine care in between check ups. Of course we would expect their babies to follow suit. I am sure you would be pleased with them.

We do not sell puppies to pet stores, brokers or breeders. Only to pet homes such as yours and mine!

All puppies are current on dewormings and vaccinations. They each have an AVID microchip inserted between the shoulder blades for positive identification.
