I waited a while to leave a review. Hopefully, some will find this reassuring regarding the health of the dogs at Heartland Classics. Our male Coton puppy was the runt of the litter and was born 9.2020. He hasn’t had any problems whatsoever. I referred a friend who brought home her male Coton 6.2021 and that adorable puppy has been perfectly healthy as well. This is a wonderful breed for families. Cotons are so personable and easy to train. The puppies use a litter box before coming home. We stuck with this until he could hold his bladder overnight and was trained to let us know when he had to go outside. His coat lives up to the name and is so snuggly soft. He enjoys spending time with whoever is home and has adapted to the activity schedule of our family. This breed will melt any heart and they are loyal. Ours peeks his head in the bedrooms to “check on” each member of the family before going to bed. This is our first dog and we can’t imagine life without him.
